Punch another note tag out of Silver Foil paper. Cut in half - adhere behind sentiment.

With All is Calm Designer Paper and Scallop Tag Topper Punch, punch tag. Add Silver Satin Ribbon and tie White Baker's Twine around it.

Emboss Whisper White card base with Filigree Frame Embossing Folder.

Adhere tag elements.
